General Music Class and Band Information
Every student in St. Stephen Middle School takes Music in their X Class rotation. Students have music for 60 minutes every 4 out of 5 days in Musicfor 8 weeks.
The philosophy behind this program is that students will experience music by creating and performing.
Students also have the opportunity to join Band. Rehearsals take place during the school day, which eleviates the stress of missing other extra-curricular activities that take place after the school day. Juniors will spend the October ASAP in rehearsals, before moving to the regular schedule in November. More band information is available by clicking on Band Info above.
